Canadian curlers Jocelyn Peterman and Brett Gallant open up about family life, Olympic prep, and their pursuit of a podium spot at the 2026 Winter Games in Milan.
Countless spots are still up for grabs for Team Canada heading into the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan next year. But two names have already booked their spot in Italy – Jocelyn Peterman and Brett Gallant.
The couple – on and off the ice – will represent Canada in the mixed doubles event in curling at the Winter Games. Peterman and Gallant were the first two Canadian athletes to qualify for Milano back in May after winning the national mixed doubles event in January.
This will mark Canada’s third opportunity to compete in mixed doubles curling since the event’s Olympic debut in 2018.
