College Strike a Symptom of a Larger Issue
According to Liberal MPP John Fraser, the ongoing college strike in Ontario is a sign of a deeper problem.
"This thing that we built, the college system, is being allowed to wither,"
Fraser stated during his visit to Thunder Bay, where he met with union leaders. The strike, which has been ongoing for almost a month, involves members of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union picketing outside colleges, including Confederation College.
Fraser, the Liberal Party critic for labour and education, believes that the strike is
