Madlanga Commission: Media Challenge In-Camera Testimony Application
The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry has been postponed after two media houses challenged the decision to hold witness testimonies behind closed doors.
The commission is probing allegations made by Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi on 6 July 2025. Proceedings were due to continue on Monday, 13 October 2025, after a week-long break.
No testimony will be heard as planned on Monday, 13 October 2025, due to the media houses' interdict.
