Hackers Threaten Australian Airlines
Hackers have dumped over 5 million customer records of Qantas online, publishing the data to both darkweb and clearweb leak sites.
The hacking group, Scattered LAPSUS$ Hunters, behind the leak, had initially caused confusion among its members, but eventually published the customer data.
"Hate to bring down thousands or more people waiting on these leaks that is approaching very soon, we are currently re-conducting the selection process of companies that’ll be leaked."
The leak includes over 150 gigabytes of customer data, and the group claims to be re-evaluating the companies they plan to target next.
