Convicted Harasser Back in Jail
A 37-year-old man, Bill Gene Hobbs, convicted of stalking, groping, and harassing multiple women in San Francisco, is back in jail after reportedly approaching women again.
Hobbs was booked into San Francisco Jail on suspicion of a parole violation, according to jail records.
Reporters from the San Francisco Chronicle claim to have seen Hobbs in Dolores Park and nearby neighborhoods, approaching multiple women, yelling at some, and behaving aggressively.
ABC7 News spoke with one of Hobbs' victims, who testified against him in 2023.
