Binghamton Human Rights Commission Responds to Hateful Vandalism

The Human Rights Commission of Binghamton issued a statement in response to reports of painted swastikas at the Southside Commons.

The vandalism allegedly took place in September at the commons on South Washington Street.

The Human Rights Commission strongly condemns this conduct.
