University of Cambridge Submits Revised Eddington Masterplan

The University of Cambridge has submitted an updated masterplan for the Eddington development, designed by Hawkins Brown.

The outline plan includes up to 3,800 additional homes and 50ha of open space, with a focus on affordability and community facilities.

Up to 50% of homes will be affordable, prioritized for University key workers.
The remaining homes will be sold on the open market.
The development will feature a range of housing types, including townhouses, maisonettes, and apartment blocks.

The submitted masterplan includes around 50ha of open space, including parks, play areas and community gardens.
