TravCorp Reshuffles Management
TravCorp Holdings has announced a management reshuffle following its acquisition of Specialist Holidays Group (SHG). SHG managing director Helen Adamson is departing the business to pursue new opportunities.
Adamson oversaw the sale and early integration of SHG, which includes tour operator brands such as Sovereign Luxury Travel, Citalia, and American Holidays. Existing brands within the TravCorp portfolio include Destination2, Destination2 Cruise, and Holiday Gems.
Additionally, TravCorp IT director Dom Leeson will be leaving the business after strengthening the group's cyber and infrastructure foundations and shaping plans for technology integration.
TravCorp confirmed Adamson's departure and Leeson's role in shaping the group's technology plans.
