Ethiopia's Ministry of Water and Energy issued a statement regarding Egypt's hostile rhetoric over the Nile River and the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD).
The Ministry stressed that Ethiopia's rise cannot be reversed despite attempts by its adversaries, and that Egypt's colonial-era mindset has led to a failed policy of undermining Ethiopia.
