Zambia and Ethiopia Expand Honey Industry Cooperation
Zambia is committed to strengthening bilateral cooperation with Ethiopia in the green economy sector, focusing on the honey industry.
According to Acting Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Green Economy and Environment, Ranford Simumbwe, this cooperation will drive rural livelihoods, environmental conservation, and economic diversification.
The mission is to foster experience sharing and collaboration between the Zambian and Ethiopian honey value chains.
This effort is part of South-South cooperation for sustainable development, supported by the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) in a honey value chain study visit.
